Refund Policy

Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid purchases made directly from TAN Dev LLC for software subscriptions, licenses,
and services related to our products (including OmniRecon and TRI). Some offerings may be free (e.g., TanMesh),
in which case refunds do not apply.
Subscription Refunds
- First-time subscriptions: If a refund window is offered for a specific plan, it applies only to the first payment for that plan and must be requested within the stated window.
- Renewals: Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once processed unless required by law.
- Usage-based services: Where usage, credits, or metered compute are involved, consumed usage is non-refundable.
Licenses, Training, and Enterprise Services
- Activated licenses: Software licenses and access keys are non-refundable once activated or delivered, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- Professional services / PoCs: Enterprise engagements, custom work, and proof-of-concept deliverables are governed by the applicable statement of work and are typically non-refundable once work has started.
Abuse, Policy Violations, and Unauthorized Use
Our products are intended for lawful, authorized security use. If access is suspended or terminated due to suspected abuse,
unauthorized deployment, or violation of our Terms, you may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@tandev.us with your purchase details.
If applicable, include the email used at checkout, invoice/receipt, and a brief reason for the request.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a transaction, contact us first. Filing an unnecessary chargeback may result in account suspension.
