Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid purchases made directly from TAN Dev LLC for software subscriptions, licenses, and services related to our products (including OmniRecon and TRI). Some offerings may be free (e.g., TanMesh), in which case refunds do not apply.

Our products are intended for lawful, authorized security use. If access is suspended or terminated due to suspected abuse, unauthorized deployment, or violation of our Terms, you may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@tandev.us with your purchase details. If applicable, include the email used at checkout, invoice/receipt, and a brief reason for the request.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a transaction, contact us first. Filing an unnecessary chargeback may result in account suspension.
