These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TAN Dev LLC websites, software, and services (including OmniRecon, TRI, and TanMesh). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our products are designed for lawful security work, training, and defensive operations. You agree not to use our services to target, scan, compromise, surveil, or otherwise interact with systems, networks, or data that you do not own or have explicit authorization to test or administer.
TRI may include capabilities intended for controlled training and lab environments. If you enable surveillance-style modules (e.g., screenshots, microphone recording, webcam snapshots, keylogging) you are solely responsible for ensuring you have lawful consent and authorization, and that you comply with all applicable regulations.
TAN|Dev and related product names, logos, and software are owned by TAN Dev LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services as permitted by these Terms and any applicable order form.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Security outcomes depend on your environment, configuration, and operational practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAN Dev LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
